Probably pineapple sauce. Usually Colombian hotdogs are sesame seed bun, dog, cheese, matchstick potatoes, Salsa Rosada (Ketchup plus mayo) and Salsa de Piña. Then you will get weird additions like Pollo desmechada (shredded chicken) huevos de codorniz (quail eggs) etc... That's also super cheap for one, last time I got a dog in Colombia it was like 10 to 12 thousand pesos so like 2 to 3 bucks with current exchange rate. Wasn't a street cart though.

For some reason the way those sauces ended up on the hotdog reminded me of those stripey toothpastes. But still that's cheap at the price for 1.50 bux.
