He's just keeping on with his ongoing weird idea that mutants can't be metal. When he gets around to meeting Colossus, his entire world-view is shattered. The actual set up is that she and another woman are standing there while their boyfriends huck a garbage can through the window of a pawn shop, start looting the place, and Spidey shows up. She goes on a 'gently caress off, mutie' rant, and he spacks her.

They didn't post the even funnier page before that one imo if you must know, fake Nightwing there is a failed supervillain called Disguise Master. His powers sucked and couldn't properly disguise himself as anyone very well (a flashback shows him trying to trick his way into a bank vault as Superman but the guards notice he's too short and his nose falls off) so he makes a deal with a demon to give him perfect disguise powers... as well as strength and flight. Ok, but since when can Cyborg just fly? He doesn't appear to have a jet pack or rocket boots or anything going on. Also, did Vic get even more cyborg, or has his human parts always been just 3/4th of his head?

He's been covered in more robo-bits ever since he got redesigned/promoted to the Justice League for the New 52. But as with most things in comics, it varies by who's drawing him.
