A kid who watches 30 hours of YouTube a week has about the same fine motor skills as late era Stephen hawking and the same emotional disposition as cspam poster

im also wondering if class sizes make a huge impact here.like the bigger the class the harder it is to control and it in the 20s its manageable but after 40 it just has compounded into being impossible, and cell phones serve as a sort of multiplier
