I'd put money on a 0.25% increase or more in 10 days TBH.

so does the FDIC have a ton of discretion to choose how it uses the premiums bank pay into it? I always thought their mandate was pretty much set, but maybe they can just decide "lol all deposits are covered for now, because we can"???? FDIC understanders, please explain
