"Medicare" "Advantage" plans will give assistance with one hand while taking away traditional Medicare benefits with the other.

I'm a computer janitor, so I can have as many monitors as I can get a computer to accept.

I have... 1 monitor. My desk already had two and I returned the other to stock. I have ADD so hosed if I can remember what's going on the other screen anyway, and I don't need the extra space.

At home I do have a 2nd monitor (where it came from is left as an exercise to the reader :files:) and most of the time it's off lol. If I need documentation or something sure I'll turn it on, but one most of the time is enough screen for me.

Nah. I was drinking bud lights with the people I hung out with being exposed to different people and cultures. Helped pull me out of the Christian conservativism I grew up in.

China is trying to displace the U.S. Dollar as the NUMBER ONE CURRENCY throughout the World. Unthinkable three years ago! If this happens, and under Biden’s leadership it probably will, this would be the biggest defeat for our Country in its history. We will be reduced to SECOND TIER STATUS. AMAZING. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Working full time at Blockbuster and going to near constant rager house parties at my buddy's checked-out parents' huge house, watching the Daily Show, and not understanding why we still had political parties in this country when it was obvious that the Republicans were the bad guys and the Democrats were the good guys!! I was a super naive succdem at age 20 (who isn't, honestly?). That year was 'Decision 2004', the first presidential election where I could vote, and I really thought the country was going to kick Dubya out of office. The Starship Troopers-like atmosphere after 9/11 was the first major political awakening of my life and seeing Dubya win another term was probably the second.
