my uncle just called me and basically invited me to a sleepover tomorrow night after Easter dinner at my mom's house, he wants to smoke weed in the garage and watch stupid tv after my aunt goes to sleep, he's about 4 weeks home from the hospital/nursing home rehab for a blood infection/open sores on his legs, but is up and mobile enough again.

The wrapping takes a few tries to figure out but if you grill it it basically glues it together so you have some wiggle room. It can also be helpful to drain the eggs before you insert them because otherwise it gets a little sloppy

Im sorry for being late to burrito chat but here's a burrito tip for anybody having trouble: imagine the tortilla like a clock face. If you have a wet element such as eggs or beans and a dryer element such as potato or rice, put the wetter thing nearer to the 6 o'clock position and make a little barrier out of the dryer thing closer to the 12, leaving some room to roll. Tuck the parts of the tortilla at the 3 and 9 positions toward the center, and then roll from 6 to 12. Your starch barrier should help to keep your other stuff under control until you can get it onto your heating element and sear the flap closed. It can be intimidating, but try it that way a few times and you'll be rolling like a pro pretty soon!
