They’re a party of the pretended aggrieved whose only purpose is to whine about their pretend grievances so they can continue to get elected by people who also pretend to be aggrieved and hold everything up so they can stomp their feet and cry about how they’ve been wronged. If that court isn’t SCOTUS, it then gets appealed to SCOTUS for a final ruling

SCOTUS doesn't even have to take a case if there's a circuit split, they're just more likely to do so in order to clear up the chaos.
