I like how at the beginning and throughout you get all the NPCs actively cheering and encouraging you and telling you not to give up. And the music and obstacles are basically a greatest hits of the game thus far.

It was a little tricky doing it the first time, but with a little patience and care it's not particularly difficult. Pretty drat cheap as well.

I thought they had extremely telegraphed and predictable moves compared to many, and I'm no Hollow Knight savant. Although I did put like 50 hours into quite-but-not completing it when I first got my switch, then recently thought hey I should go back to Hollow Knight to test out my OLED tv but just started a new game and have done the exact same thing - got to over 100% completion but haven't gone through with the final bosses yet and have set it down, hopefully not for another 5 years

it's cool and fun that youtubers pay artists to make them thumbnails imo the worst trend of youtube algo bullshit is people not numbering series either in the thumbnail or title because it can discourage people from clicking on random videos (but here I am, just wanting to watch a series from the start)
