I've met quite a number of Australians both in Australia and in the US. Perhaps two or three of them considered Bud Light to be any better than piss water. Also I'm 90% certain that horses, conspicuously masculine or otherwise, have never been featured in commercials for Bud Light. That's the Budweiser/Bud Heavy branding. "steely resolve of alpha males" let's see you funnel a couple of Steel Reserves you loving hack

Always have to point out that Budweiser is not an American beer company. Also there is nothing that outs you as an insecure beta faster than using the phrase "alpha male"

Malt liquor hot takes: Hurricane is good in a can but not a bottle Colt 45 is good in a glass bottle but not a can Steel Reserve should only be consumed out of an unbreakable plastic bottle because after you drink it trying to break the bottle will give you all sorts of entertainment OE is always good in any vessel, as long as it's cold Never drink Magnum or King Cobra, King Cobra tastes like dust and Magnum tastes like metal shavings The greatest malt liquor of all time is Schlitz. It's actually better than their real beer White Claw is malt liquor White Claw makes a high gravity version that is as strong as Steel Reserve, the first can is terrible but the second is delicious, just a few cans gets you a first class ticket to the dark oblivion of Blackout Town

im not one to mythologize alcohol but there was something hosed up about pre-nerf 4lokos. they did not have enough caffeine or alcohol to account for what two or three of them did to a human

It was incredibly jangling to the nerves, but those effects could be palliated by drinking some four loko yourself

I feel like a lot of the 4loko stuff has gotta be placebo effect, but also sounds like it was the right mix of easily drinkable and alcoholic and caffienated enough to give you lots of bad ideas and the energy to do them.

Didn't each one of those things have like slightly more booze in it than the average bottle of wine? I suspect evenings did get quite crazy that started out with the equivalent of doing 10 shots.

"Four cans of alcoholic beverage" sounds like a standard night, but Four Loko is huge and has way more alcohol than it tastes like it should. That's the equivalent of drinking 23 cans of PBR, and six coffees.
