Well are you trying to do it correctly or as quickly and cheaply as possible.

If you haven't seen the other photos, the ground below the pad has a huge hole dug into it and the foundation pylons are exposed. I'm no civil engineer but I have to imagine that your foundations being explosively exposed at least warrants a very close inspection before mounting another expensive rocket on it.
