finished dragon quest builders 2. not much to say other That Was Fun As Hell and also i don't want to build anything now if there's no quest for it continuing to chunter through dragon quest monsters; got thoroughly owned by having all my monsters paralysed at once by a bishop's bombcrag, which counts as a party wipe. on track to creating the dream team of a GoldGolem, GoldSlime, and KingLeo though

Picked 8 back up, going to try and beat it before Zeldamania. I'm guessing I'm around the halfway point? The second Dhoulmagus fight was pretty tough without any full party heals. Am I supposed to know where Jessica went? I'm wandering around town and don't have any clues.

A lot of people dislike ix but I really like that it’s the only one that actually models each piece of armor on the party members not just the special ones so you can see exactly how ridiculous you look as a paladin wearing a turtle shell and a stump helmet

As much as I love the HD-2D style I don't know if I'd want it for a Chrono Trigger remake. Or a Chrono Trigger remake at all, for that matter. Just port it to modern consoles and we're good. Very stoked for the HD-2D DQ3 remake though and I really want to see more
