This new belt would be for women's matches on NJPW STRONG cards specifically in the US featuring whoever. The IWGP Women's was in the US that one time because Mercedes is based there, but every other time it's been defended in Japan. So whoever wins this one is likely someone who doesn't want to be based in Japan, which is why I doubt it'll be Momo.
