I have a dumb call in ten minutes with a dumb customer that we’ve already told a bunch of times we can’t really provide the service they’re looking for but they keep coming back with “well what if we do it THIS WAY?” and waste everyone’s time with another hour long call where we tell them that’s not how it works and we’d be risking our accreditations to help them.
