Shitposting about Jokic aside, he has serious issues with effort on defense, and bad defense at the most important defensive position has not historically been a recipe for playoff success. However, it is an open question whether anyone in the West can sufficiently exploit that. I had expected the Suns to do that, but they got blown out. I didn't get to watch the game to see if they tried to go at Jokic so maybe they did and it doesn't work, idk.
