He also insisted the refs were a brotherhood who all agreed to target certain players for 'disrespect' by making a ton of legal but rarely called fouls on players less to effect the game and more to hurt the specific player. There's a Netflix doc that sort of sides with Tim's claims he was just guy with a slight gambling problem who did a few bad things, but it's pretty clear by the end that he still looks like a lying scumbag and his bookie is the more credible source.
