is there a place on SA where i can ask doctors questions about things im curious about (not a diagnosis). or, i guess, are there pockets of places on SA where specialized professionals answer questions fiction writers might have.

also are there any chronic illness threads populated by relatively normal ppl (big ask) who are not super credulous

yeah but like the legal questions thread the moment it tends to close to "i need real advice" they will absolutely tell you they cannot do that

which, at least in the legal questions megathread, has led to some saga's worthy events

- 30s dude who, as a college freshman, powerbombed his 19 year old female RA and was accused of assault

- the guy who thought he could started R rated Twitch via legalzoom setup and compete with MS and Netflix having a meltdown, insisting he wasn't having a breakdown, and returned a year later to say he had a breakdown and lost all his money then promptly autobanned over the lightest of ribbing

me too, until they got into my attic and destroyed literally everything up there, and then got in the walls and chewed holes and got inside the house itself. And they're vicious, screaming little monsters too. Never knew squirrels could make screaming sounds like that until I tried to scare them out of the attic.

Cute when not invading the house, though. Once we got new siding and roofing on the house, it sealed off all their entranceways, and they stopped trying to get inside. But until then, there wasn't anything we could do to stop them, they'd destroy anything you put to seal the holes.

Since this is actually loving my life up I would like some legal help. I don't know for sure yet but I think the complain is a complaint of assault, which is defamatory since it was a mutual game of wrestling and she happened to get hurt. I don't know how much backstory to give but I'm a student/staff member and have had a complaint made against me by another student. It is early days yet and I don't know what the complaint it yet but I think it's a complaint of assault. I don't need any help with the ongoing issues but I would like help with filing a complaint against the university in their handling of the case and against her for the defamatory complaint.

When the times are tough, people just wanna consume media and forget about the shitshow that is our current reality.

Is there anything else I should do? The point of this purchase was to send an implicit threat that he knows my home address, so I'm not going to hold back on him.
