looks great. tonight im having BAKED ZITI!!! from the local pizzeria place that closes every day at 2am to serve the nearby bars. Almost an equal ratio of pasta to cheese. Also a piece of garlic bread. And a side salad because healthy. Delightful.

I made a sandwich mix with some stir fried turkey rashers, half an onion and a green pepper. Nice along with lettuce, tomato and some mayo in some sourdough. That was breakfast. Made a big batch of creole sauce and managed to use up an orange, red and yellow pepper. Now I've got a yellow and green pepper left. Possibly chilli. Unfortunately I bought a head of celery to make the sauce and I now have to do this with the rest of it.

Beer brats for Mother's Day. My nephew picked up some locally made philly cheese steak brats. I haven't made beer brats in a while but I did my usual. I only used 2 cans of Miller High Life because I wanted the flavor to be a bit more concentrated. Seared the onions, added a poo poo ton of garlic, some worchestershire, and that's it. Let 'em go for a while my nephew made some burgs, pasta, and got the hot dogs ready. Turned out really, really well.

Chick sandwiches. This time I used panko bread crumbs and corn starch no flour They came out amazing. Probably the best I've done so far. Now that the frying kick has reached it's expected Apex it's time to seek a new thing tio cook every week and master. Maybe I'll do some beef stir fry until I can completely master it. And maybe just maybe egg fried rice as that's one I really want to get figure out.
