You used to need a TV licence to watch TV here for taxation purposes, and I guess the term "TV licence" could also refer to a broadcasting licence. No ANSU tonight either because I need to scan more. Sorry! I've had a couple headachey days that have made it harder to get stuff like scanning done because it's a bit of a hassle.
