Scout and I went to something called the cattle dog jubilee over the weekend and did all the sports. She got two new barn hunt titles in 5 trials with 2 high in classes and 2 second places, passed her AKC temperament test with the highest marks possible, did 3 fastcat runs (a 100 yard dash for dogs), 6 dock diving splashes, and showed in conformation twice.  All of that fun won her the versatility challenge and we got an obnoxiously large rosette and a gaudy belt buckle that I love.   The best swine

The cattle dog club served steaks 2 nights in a row (first as steaks, then as fajitas) so the night we won I declined an invite to yet another steak dinner and bought us both pizza. Since Scout was paying she got her very own pizza.    Also I forgot to mention the silliest part was that Scout saw some orphaned kittens being fostered by someone at the dog show and immediately started to produce milk so she did all the sports dragging around big dog titties hoping to find some babies to feed.
