With regard to the Illinois AWB, I think SCOTUS may have declined hearing it because there's several other AWB challenges grinding their way through district courts that may end up before the Supreme Court. I do anticipate that they'll have to rule on this one way or the other at some point, and if the Bruen decision is any indication, they'll likely rule that AWBs are unconstitutional.
