Just finished second cup. May brew a pot of something that I won't mention to get me through the rest of the day, but we're beaned up for the moment.

I've never gotten passable coffee out of one of these. Like, even Starbucks Pike Place is better.

its fun to drink like 8 nespresso pods in 10 minutes if youre staying in a hotel and thats all they have for in-suite coffee but thats about the extent of my nespresso enjoyment.

i find it highly variable. years ago friends had one and it made perfectly ok coffee. imo getting a breville with a grinder is a better option because you will definitely save money over time.

i think they’re a good option especially for people who don’t like coffee but want to have something available for guests.

nespresso is the best single-serve coffee i've had. which isn't saying much but it's far better than no coffee at all.

it's a treat when a hotel has a nespresso rather than the usual lumpy sack of grounds and all-plastic drip machine.

My friend, you should give the bialetti single serve pod system a try.
