Also worth noting the two games the Panthers won by more than a goal were both off of empty netters, so functionally it’s 8 of 9 games won by a single goal.

Honestly by the end I was kinda just numb to it and was like "thank god, I can go to bed now". Now today, after an inappropriately low amount of sleep, it's really setting in and I'm just annoyed. Oh well, both goalies played like legends, so I can't be too annoyed about it.

Many years ago in a hockey thread on here, a goon posted about a few dozen NHL player name anagrams, and Corey Perry ended up as “Creepy Rory”. And that’s what he’ll always be to me since then. Creepy Rory.
