I give it a few years before it exists in Vancouver. We've already got literally over a thousand licensed grow-ops, in the city that coined the term grow-op. A lot of them have licenses to produce 510 carts, and up here there are standards that need to be adhered to in order to make sure people aren't getting popcorn lung from their THC carts, so the production lines are impressively sanitary. Being able to custom order specific blends is only a few years of natural evolution of dope carts away from how it is now here. There's one cart that I absolutely love that I found by accident and just order one a month and it keeps me going. poo poo's made 20 miles from my home and I've driven past the grow-op dozens of times on my way to visit my folks.

The proportions of cannabinoids in a given cart are totally dependent on the proportions in the weed that went into making it, and that yield can vary wildly from crop to crop and season to season even if you're buying from the same producer. A Durban Poison cart from Airo might have 69% THC one month and 84% THC the next. It's inconsistent as gently caress and totally dependent on external conditions like humidity, temperature, watering, illumination and other variables I probably don't know enough to guess at. I mean I think it's possible but I also think you'd need economies of scale that won't be practical until federal legalization is a thing.
