In their niche, there's no money in that, certainly no click money. It's despicable. As for the broke brained guy next door I have no explanations except they are uneducated and thus vulnerable to these money grubbing charlatans. For the purpose of the war, they still have a huge, huge supply of dumbfire missiles for their air defense systems. They're running short on "precision" munitions and can't make that much more per month, but the dumbfire missiles do a huge amount of damage to civilian targets on the daily. They can fire 20-40 per day wherever they want even up to the end of the year and they would still have a few thousand left, IIRC. This is after Ukraine's managed to destroy more than a few missile dumps and even capture some during the great Kharkiv goodwill gesture. It's more viable to make them waste missiles on drones, however, near front line targets.
