I have been watching The Simpsons since pretty much the beginning. Seasons 2-9 are great, 10-30??? are lovely, but modern Simpsons actually has them doing some neat creative stuff with animation. I still don't remember any of it after I watch it.

It still has some killer intros by modern animators but you can just like youtube those? and there was a cool ep with a season 7? flashback where they did all the flashback stuff in season 7 animation style and the modern stuff modern style. Creative kids who grew up on the show like Megan Amram are staring to get involved in it. It's pretty much on life support cause all of the voice actors are like 90 years old and rich as gently caress, the writing room is mostly staid, but I think it could come back strong after some of the cast/crew retire or die. It's a show people love and grew up on and it's mostly inoffensive to a modern audience.
