Just got my landlord's evidence package, served by leaving it on the ground outside my front door! Dust!!! I've seen this before! This is evidence!!!   They've included a 10 page written statement saying there are 3 workplaces in the building within 6 meters of the entrance to my home so I've violated a provincial legislation by smoking there. The workplaces in question are a long term rental unit occupied by a chef who has lived there for 2 years, and 2 AirBNBs which I grabbed screenshots of which includes photos and descriptions that are pretty clearly intended to be AirBNBs, not workplaces. Also a bunch of photos of them measuring the distance from my door to a bunch of windows and a fresh air intake to the laundry room that was so filthy before they cleaned it out that it was impossible to see through, which I got a photo of before they cleaned it out. Gonna definitely point out that they lied in their written statement which is basically the same as lying under oath.
