Yes, the Glickenhaus is built by a small manufacturer (Hollywood movie producer spending his money with race cars, including a Baja rally truck), the Vanwall is run by the team we knew as ByKolles who appeared in the LMP1 days...though mostly to perform comedy routines and/or catch on fire at the back. There's only the one customer Porsche (JOTA #38 Hertz car) in Hypercar this year, but it's expected there will be more Porsches soon - and from the other manufacturers, too. There's a semi-works Cadillac (#311 Whelen) but that only kind of counts. I think there will be more customer cars soon, these companies wanted the factory team to focus on the first season.

Yeah Imola is one year while they do renovations on Monza, Silverstone wanted to be pre Le Mans but they could only get post Le Mans, and Silverstone couldn't find room in their calandar cos they have Motogp at that time. The opined Monza would be back after 1 year and Silverstone would be a new round in coming years.

Glick are a custom vehicle that has been slightly modded to fit every possible car class, be it endurance or conventional get. Vanwall is a thin layer of paint on bykolles(and it looks like it just died) Porsche is the only hypercar running customer teams(Jota). Keep in mind Ferrari and Porsche proper are run by specialist racing team(AF corse and Penske).
