I used to play park football and dogs would always join in. Some of the smaller breeds are amazing and have excellent close control with their noses while running at top speed. They seemed to inherently understand the basic nature of the game (to run with the ball). Other/bigger dogs like this one would just run around enjoying themselves. Happy times.

It rained here today after a few rainless weeks, so a snail showed up on the balustrade just outside my front door. Since it was just snurfling around enjoying the water, I put the tip of my finger in front of it, to see how it would react. It gave my fingertip the gentlest of exploratory nibbles So I brought it some lettuce to enjoy, and it stayed there eating lettuce for the next 3 hours.
