Certainly don't ever throw your toys out of the pram when shock of shocks, the show sells out. But then this is basic human interactions and I guess a lot of wrestling fans fail at it

To be fair to Bobby, the throwing out of the ring and landing on the concrete seemed like it was all that jobber. Guy just said gently caress it and did a flip lol. The suplex had some hostile intent to it though.

Or independent contractors, however that goes. Where as the bill in the California legislature is actually talking about schools themselves paying players, rather than boosters who own a car dealership. It's kind of a symbolic difference but it's an important one.

The Mulkeys were great, they knew that their job was to get beaten up and they always gave it maximum effort. There are some good interviews with them out there from recent years where they talk about how they never wanted to be big stars, they were just happy to be wrestlers and making other people look good. And that one singular one win they got was basically a thank you from the company, nobody told them anything about it until it happened. Bill Mulkey had a fun match with Arn on TV, too and it was a TITLE MATCH.
