Maximum CONCACAF would occur if Mexico finishes 2nd and US finishes 1st then they win their QF match so that they face each other in the semis...back at Allegiant Stadium. Maximum hilarity would be Mexico not making it out of their group and firing their interim coach after only 3 games.
