Playing the pre-release game, the base fighting system is pretty good and I like that all the characters feel really different from one another. The CAW system is a pretty big letdown for me though. It's crashed twice on me, but even outside of that the CAW parts are pretty limited and you can't do fairly basic things like put logos on clothing or as tattoos, and there's no face/body deformation. This wouldn't be such a big deal if the roster didn't feel so thin or if there was any mechanism to share creations. It's fun, and the gameplay is a whole lot more varied than the 2K titles, but it's not really the sandbox experience that those games have. If anyone has any questions or wants me to post anything specific from it, lmk

For the review I was going to write I wanted to take a CAW through career mode but holy gently caress it will NOT let me get to actually saving the CAW without crashing. Three times now!
