you can still use the old imgur interface that's a private gallery, at least with the browser. it's a bit buggy, but more or less works the same as always. the new interface they have where it's more like instagram is, of course, a goddamn disaster. i don't have the app, not sure what that experience is like, but i'm assuming they only let you use the disaster interface. not sure why the awful app would disable imgur though. anonymous imgur i understand, but if you have an account, there's probably no immediate risk anything will get purged. i've also heard they're purging porn, but the shrek dong images i have in my gallery still seem to be alive and well.
