If Prigozhin got the concessions he wanted, it means he's the de facto leader of Russia. He has a veto over all military policy. I have no loving idea what that means for Ukraine. Or Russia. I'm guessing it's bad.

Like, what rulebook are you guys operating from? What is the correlation? You guys have to come up with this stuff from somewhere.
