The Counter Terror Operation that was signed in reaction to this is way more far reaching than the SMO. No idea if it applies to the Oblasts Ukraine is 👏illegally 👏occupying👏, or if the AUMF was limited to Wagner. If it’s applicable, it’s a major step up in persecuting the not-war. Seems like the dam or Crimea bridge would have been enough though.
