People here were posting poo poo they'd found on social media and quoting poo poo directly, sometimes with photos, names and specific locations of the people making threats and goons were talking about it a lot. The idea that the FBI and the cops were powerless to monitor this poo poo is a joke. The CHUDS and nazis did most of it right out there in the open and made ZERO attempt to hide their intent. Interesting point was made about the tapes coming out; a transcript is very useful, but the law guy on CNN was emphatic that there's nothing like having the defendant on tape admitting to something in their own words. Even if the strength of the evidence is not really affected, there is a distinct psychological impact that makes it way harder for the defense to muddy the waters or for a juror to feel confident digging their heels in.
