If I recall correctly, the gross brony (but I repeat myself, I know) had a blog or something where he talked about the dates he and his MLP fuckdoll went on, like, to museums and poo poo. I believe there may have also been a picture of him loving it, but it's entirely possible that was a different MLP-loving degenerate.

Last night I re-watched the Bob's Burgers episode where they made fun of bronies and it made me remember just how many of those weirdos there used to be all over the Internet. Did the bronies all go away, did they grow up, or what? I feel like there could be an anthropological study of that fanbase.

This is extraordinary. It has so many layers of mental illness wrapped in a veneer of civility. Just incredible stuff. It reminds me of some of the messages I'd get on the City of Heroes forum, which was not very tightly moderated but also somehow not a complete cesspool. I was a teen and would commission art of some of my characters and then post them in the dedicated threads. About half the time I'd get a PM with these screeds about how this person felt ownership over a specific style or even a single costume piece and be quite offended if someone else used them. One of the items was a little plush cat or panda that would sit on your shoulder and people were extremely territorial over them.

Those are some great looking wasps. I did something similar once as a kid. They ended up tunnelling through the concrete next to the glass after they got annoyed enough.
