I can't get mad about anyone calling out royals for the parasites they are.

Simmons is right, nobody should give a poo poo about what they have to say about anything and it's even funnier that they couldn't even be bothered to make a fake effort to create something worthwhile.

It’s hilarious that after all his terrible opinions the thing he gets a ton of negative publicity about is objectively correct.

I also don't really understand how the two of them handled the Spotify thing that poorly when they ostensibly A) need the money, and B) Markle was a working actress in Hollywood and not just some random person before she got involved with the Royal Family.

The official account of NFL Tackle Phil Loadholt.

Let's talk Football.
I think he can both be right and wrong. I'm no royal defender here but I also need to respect the finesse here. I mean, Spotify was/is handing out cash like it was growing on trees. They paid 200 million for the ringer (allegedly). I really have to believe that they are not getting remotely the type of return on The Ringer podcasts that warranted a 200 million dollar payday. I'm sure the analytics show the sports arm of that ringer deal is probably okay but the 'culture' arm cannot be doing that well in my opinion. I think the only things that really do real numbers from The Ringer are the Bill Simmons podcast, The Rewatchables, and the Ryen Russillo podcast. So they paid 200 million for 3 completely vanilla takes shows.

So he is right, no one should care what they have to say, but no one should care what a lot of people have to say...like, say, a friend of his who can eat a lot.

i'm hoping it turns out to be that Simmons was trying to get them to do a series on how like Princess Anne is Slim Charles because she's the stable loyal one, but Diana tried to be Stringer Bell or something, and the idea was something even stupider than what they ended up doing.

it's because they assumed doing podcasts would be easy (their company didn't even have an audio department until after the spotify thing went to poo poo)

Bad robot articles creating material for SEO robots to hoover up and sell ads against really feels like a house of cards that will fall down in 6 months or so once companies realize they're serving robots and not actual eyeballs.

the websites that can verify they get actual real traffic and engagement are going to be the web equivalent of live sports for TV broadcasting.
