So I think some combination of "Like I'd marry you, thot", "I'm poor now lol" or "Actually Hardy I did fall for you but your insane spite has driven me away again" will occur. His girlfriend of I dunno, months, half a year, whatever. The strip of them lying on bed looking overwhelmed by apathy was hilarious. But Luann itself is super weird and sexless and looks hilariously stupid when it flirts with the idea of flirting so there you go.
