Yep, temporary street circuits and NASCAR's usual "we will finish at least half this race plus one lap no matter how many days/weeks/months it takes..." approach just aren't compatible. Doesn't look very promising for the Cup race either, since the rain doesn't seem likely to ease off until after 8PM or so. Maybe it'll be a couple lap behind the pace car and call it official, a la F1 at Spa?
