yeah I'm not totally anti-condiments but jeez some people seem to REQUIRE some sort of condiment on everything and then like, make fun of people enjoying ranch. Boring/!!!

I find ranch very unpleasant but that's okay. We can't all be perfect.

it's got its place but its by far and away not an all the time condiment, not even a most of the time condiment. I get really confused when people put ranch on like, chicken wings or something. What's wrong with you!!!!

I need to finally upgrade to a full GORETEX rain jacket and get a GORETEX rain hat too, so I can have a full GORETEX rainproof outfit.

Tonight we're supposed to get 2+" of rain, plus storms, about the time the DCFC match kicks off. I'll be there, living my best life, so long as the game is on. Bringing my waterproof backpack cuz why not

Have you considered a waterproof poncho? Ever since I started using one I have like no need for an actual rainjacket and it vents better (im my opinion.)

I think that's all of the newer ones, I've only played the 3DS one previously so I don't really know. You have a dog and cat companion in this one, you can ride the dog around and I have the cat set to be a gatherer so he mostly just focuses on going around gathering extra materials while I'm hunting

Yeah, I definitely want to get a proper poncho too. Honestly that'll probably come before the jacket because it'd be more useful with camping and everything else. Idk I love having rain gear, it's fun being in the rain but I also hate getting soaked so

I thought I might distract myself by finally playing some GEE WHIZ WOW GRAPHICS games on my brand new beastly computer but then remembered that like all the games I play need two hands

anyone have a recommendation for a game that can be played with one hand?

comedy answers accepted

You could probably play any number of point and click adventure games, the newest monkey island is supposed to be good. Stuff like isometric strategy games could also work, total war etc since you dont absolutely have to move the screen with the keyboard and can just pan using the mouse. Same thing with isometric crpg games like Pillars of eternity 2 or pathfinder or divinity.

I'm playin that newish Aliens isometric squad game rn and thats something that in theory could also work with just using the mouse. Maybe turn on the full pause option so your marines don't get murdered while you're clicking around though.

Now with less breakage.

XCOM and the like would probably work fine, since they are turn-based and IIRC you can control it entirely with the mouse. Most turn based games could probably work - Civilization or Endless Legend with just a mouse shouldn't be half bad.

e: Total War battles without a hand on the keyboard sounds a little bit iffy, but if you can bang the space bar with the injured hand for pause it would probably be ok?
