Roughly what percentage of games use B for jump vs A? I decided to take a break from totk to play some Splatoon and it's obvious I need to stick with the same jump button whenever possible but tbh idk which button it is.

Eventually you reach a point when the population is too old to work and there aren't enough young people to maintain everything that needs to be maintained. It's genuinely hard to picture but imagine if half of everyone under the age of 40 disappeared but nothing else changed. Even if you still have a large population that would be catastrophic. Rush 1 had a secret stunt area hidden in a cave on one of the tracks, but there was still no way to turn off the checkpoint timer so you couldn’t really enjoy it. Rush 2 had a dedicated stunt mode with a big neon arena with dozens of every kind of ramp you could dream up and a scoreboard that tracked your wildest flips.

I remember the secret paths in that game just being really fun and cool. The sort of thing where you're just really excited when you stumble across one of them. Which I guess is why I still remember it, despite having very little memory of the other N64 games I played, like Banjo Kazooie.
