More likely he is only paying a select group of loudmouths and it will have an amplifying effect with people thinking they can get these kind of creator payouts. But only a very select few will ever get them regardless of engagement.

He gets less than some random account called "end wokeness". He's only worth 2/5ths of an Ant Man, and less than 1/3rd of a Romanian sex offender.
