Eggs fried in olive oil are better than butter fried eggs imo Yeah I know this is a commonly debates topic but I taught a class on the two and everyone went olive oil without knowing the flavor

wouldn’t the quality of olive oil you had available be a caveat for that? there’s some pretty gnarly garbage out there labeled as “olive oil”, but butter is pretty much always the same

I just buy it from one local producer but even before that I didn't really notice a difference

I haven't had Egg since Henry passed but I figured it was time to get back on it. I couldn't find a generic copy of the TJ jalapeño garlic sauce Nooner was talking about, but I picked up a bottle of the Cholula garlic chile sauce. I popped it on an everything bagel with cream cheese and guac. It was a little sloppy but the sauce was BANGIN. What else can I do with this magical elixir?

I think the egg thread needs a feedback thread, lots of people thinking its acceptable to cook an egg anything beyond over easy and that is quite frankly, eggphobic.
