Hexclad pans aren't actually non stick. They're very literally the worst of both worlds. Carbon steel is the best but you're all too cowardly to admit it. I bought new golf clubs today. What's in your bag, thread?

I've hit hogan blades before and drat they feel good when you make good contact.

Honestly the whole point of espresso for me is the drama of a big steampunk machine vibrating and ticking and steaming going DRRRRRRRRRRRRR, TSSSHHhrg when I pull an important looking chrome lever. I'll go to town with the steam wand too, I don't even take milk in my coffee, I'm just loving around with the wand in a cup of water because I can.
