Afaict a chechen group that had a couple of members relocate to Ukraine posted a video (of unknown location, of unknown date) of a single Ural truck being machine gunned, allegedly in belgorod region (no actual evidence presented of this). zero evidence whatsoever of '60 russian kia' or even 5 for that matter.

Unless there's something really significant that I'm missing, it's basically nothing.

On a related note, video does not look at all like how syrian groups put together videos of attacks.

Not until after the elections in 2024. The current ruling party was elected on the promise of not picking fights with Russia without firm assurances. Ever since Russia started to humiliate itself, there have been major nationalist demonstrations and protests in favor of retaking the territories, but the government isn't willing to budge, because they are afraid that they will just be left high and dry again.

I feel like Georgia wouldn't be able to do anything by itself without maybe some help from, let's say, Turkey. Russia is is a clown show but they'll probably be able to scrape enough manpower to overwhelm them.

Besides the current ruling government being on the pro-Russian side, there is no time pressure for Georgia to press an attack now, so why would they? If they wait, the Russian army either grinds further down in Ukraine so challenging Russia would be easier for them, or if Putin calls for further mobilization and send those troops there, they aren't getting overran. If Putin dies and the regime collapses, they most likely can just walk in after the EU and USA tells the new supreme leader and tsar for life to GTFO of all occupied territories or the sanctions aren't going away.

In any case, Georgia's best bet is to wait for a better opportunity, and that also goes for Moldova.

They're probably out of AA just like Russia is out of cruise missiles and both sides nearly out of artillery shells since 2022.
Both sides would like to explode materials a lot more but are limited by production and delivery capacities. The waste of resources continues but never fully depletes.

Ever had a crappy day at work where you need to put in 4 or 6 hours of overtime with hardly anytime to even use the washroom, and past a certain point you just go automatic so you're barely even cognizant of what you're doing?

I'd bet its that since troop rotation seems to not be a thing for the Russians. Anyone will start doing goofy poo poo when they've been on the front for months on end without leave. Plus, Pvt. Conscriptovich was probably not well trained to begin with.

For the early part of the war, their main workhorse area defense system was the S-300. In January, they reported to the west that they were critically short on missiles for them, and would have run out before the end of summer if a replacement was not found. No missiles compatible with the S-300 system are manufactured in the west, and the stockpiles that existed had mostly already been provided to Ukraine.

This directly caused them being provided with additional Patriot systems, NASAMS, AIM-7 missiles for BUKs, IRIS-T launchers, and other things. Because these systems fire missiles that are plentiful in western stockpiles and are still being manufactured, they are not going to run out of them.

By the time the fact that they were short on missiles leaked to the press, it was already old news, as the replacement capability was already being provided.

The rail line seems to be fine, only a bit blackened. The roadway has two separate halves, one for each direction with 2 lanes on each half, and of those one has a segment of bridge entirely fallen from the other end, and the other has a bridge segment jumped sideways by more than a meter and forming a significant jump. They seem to have already started limited traffic on the segment that moved a bit to the side.
