lol back when I did the DMZ tour at the Joint Security Area, I lost count of the number of times the US and ROK side personnel reiterated that we were not permitted to cross the line. The tour is closely supervised at all times, with multiple ROK soldiers standing at the most easily reached points where an idiot might try to cross (or where a KPA soldier might try to grab a tourist, as happened at least once). Inside one of the UN conference room buildings, which straddles the borders, a ROK soldier blocks the door to the DPRK side  And, similarly, whenever a tour runs on the South Korean side, soldiers guard the open space between conference buildings which could be used as a crossing:  However this Joe crossed, he definitely didn't do it accidentally. If his lawyers just say "he's pleading the fifth and will not be testifying" we'll get notice of the sealed filing in the next few days. If he goes to testify this week, we'll get it shortly thereafter or next week.
