So long standing copyrights for X are owned by both Meta and Microsoft that are inclusive of everything Musk is attempting. He does own x.com and can move there but anything X is infringed and he can't simply buy them out as they are his direct competitors with as much or more resources than him. Essentially the only thing he can do is move the site to X.com and try to rebrand everything to X.com rather than X. And then get sued by X-COM.
