In the past when they did a substitute they just gave someone else the injured person's booking. A little surprised they couldn't do it since the injury happened so early, but also understandable. Also, 7/29 is up on VOD and 7/30 will go up tomorrow early.

Megan Bayne didn't look completely terrible in her first match. Not super excited she's in the main event of 8/13 but the power spots will look good and I'm sure Tam will kill herself to make it good. Hanan looked good and Saori/Mariah was decent, thanks to Saori being incredibly smooth and taking a really hard powerbomb bump on the floor in front of like 40 people. Thank you Saori.

I'll have to listen again to figure it out. I'm glad the tourney shows are getting uploaded quickly, for now anyway. I'd rather they subbed someone in for Saya than doing things this way but I get it. Just have the new entrant lose a bunch and it wouldn't really change anything.

Short and long form anime content? I could imagine anime being used as a medium to make vignettes or to help with storylines to set up matches when there might be a language barrier in some cases.

Maybe I missed it because I'm stupid as poo poo, but does this overhyped new Joshi promotion even have a name or any real people associated with the running of it? All I've been hearing is "the new promotion" this, and "the new promotion" that, but I don't know who the gently caress it is, and am like hearing about it second hand. At least Spark Joshi said they were Spark Joshi when they were bombarding me with ads for Spark Joshi.

Nothing on who is behind it other than a 'former Bushiroad executive' with an 'ex-Stardom wrestler' being involved. The Stardom side apparently know nothing about this: Tokyo Sports only what the American press is reporting so it doesn't seem to be something that's making waves there.
