My favorite was when his Patreon supporters basically bought him a Warlord titan and he was all "and now I'm going to paint it as quickly as possible!" I mean, it looked fine, but a $2200 miniature is not something you really want to speed paint.

I wouldn't scoff at any of those nids if they were just, like, some random guy's minis. Some of them are even kinda regular-guy-mini cool--I kinda like the pink decorator crab look. But that's different from "let me teach you my ways" good.

He strikes me as weird, but harmless and not at all problematic. When the 2020 BLM protests happened, he was a content creator with the spine to speak up and put out a video in support of the protests, and to express utter disgust at what was happening. Same for supporting Games Workshop when they told fascists and white supremacists to get hosed.
