Flagg things for an entire series. Whatever alias he uses that episode is the role the actor is listed as in the credits. One episode he uses the actor's actual name as an alias.

I always wanted to see Section 31 in conflict with Starfleet Intelligence or some other actually-legitimate, public-facing Federation intelligence organization.
